(i) All Content available through the Service is either owned by, or licensed to, WPT Poker and its licensors. (ii) You acknowledge that you do not own or have any proprietary interest in such Content.

You shall indemnify WPT Poker against all liabilities, losses, damages and costs arising from: (i) Your breach of these Terms; (ii) Any Content you submit to the Service; (iii) Third-party claims that your use of the Service infringes or misappropriates intellectual property rights.
These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, applicable laws, rules and regulations without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law principles.
The Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and WPT Poker regarding your use of the Service, superseding all prior negotiations, understandings, agreements or representations (whether written or oral) between us.
WPT Poker reserves its right to modify these Terms at any time by posting revised terms on the site; continued use of the service after modification shall constitute acceptance of revised terms.
If one or more provisions contained in this Agreement are deemed invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provision.
